Sound Bridge for Bassoon Long-Bell Joint (4th) Connection

I tried the LefreQue 55mm Xtra Curved Double Reed Model Sound Bridge on my 66XX Heckel between the CC2g Bocal and the wing joint and there was a little but noticeable improvement in the tuning more in the upper octave. I got the matching longer (Fine Silver-Gold) Sound Bridge to try at the Long-Bell Joint (this Bridge) and noticed little difference. I decided to keep it anyway and see if I can find a way to effectively use it. The Sound Bridges had no noticeable effect on my 3-year old thick walled Bell bassoon which already plays wonderfully in tune.

Improved sound

This lefreque is really growing on me, I have noticed a stronger sound from my lower octave notes as well as a better tone from all of my notes. I have also noticed that I can hear myself better while playing in a group and I really like that.
