Order Fulfillment Associate
Order Fulfillment Associate | Full-Time or Part-Time | New York, New York
The Role
As a Flute Center Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be a key member of our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fulfilling all online orders across all e-commerce platforms
- Speaking knowledgeably about flutes, accessories, and sheet music offerings to clients
- Upselling product substitutions
- Communicating order status with clients and maintaining client relationships
- Playtesting sold instruments for online orders

- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Flute Performance
- An aptitude for learning new software

Playtester
Playtester | Part-Time | New York, New York
The Role
As a Flute Center Playtester, you will support our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pulling and playtesting flutes
- Assisting the Sales Team with flute trials
- Cleaning, polishing, and reshelving inventory
- In-Store organization
- Other duties as assigned

Logistics Associate
Logistics Associate | Full-Time or Part-Time | New York, New York
The Role
As a Flute Center Logistics Associate, you will be a key member of our Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: packing and unpacking shipments, sending client confirmations, etc.
- Database Management: inventory entry, return trial entry, shipping log management, shipping issues management, etc.
- Maintaining Store Organization and Tidiness: organizing flutes and headjoints, labeling products, placing supply orders, emptying trash cans, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
