Logistics & Sales Associate (Chicago)
Logistics & Sales Associate | Part-Time | Chicago, IL
24-36 hours a week, fully in-office, no remote work
The Role
- Incoming and Outgoing Shipment: packing and unpacking shipments, sending client confirmations, etc.
- Database Management assistance: inventory entry, return trial entry, shipping issues management, etc.
- Maintaining Store Organization and Tidiness: facilitating inventory transfers, organizing flutes and headjoints, labeling products, placing supply orders, emptying trash cans, etc.
- Order Fulfillment assistance.
- In Store Customer Support: Providing outstanding customer service at all times, answering questions regarding products and services we provide.
- Other duties as assigned .

Who We’re Looking For
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- 18 or older
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Flute Performance
- An aptitude for learning new software
- Candidates native/fluent in foreign languages are encouraged to apply
- Must live in the greater Chicago area or be willing to relocate
