Antonio Vivaldi's Concerto in A minor RV 445 remained unpublished during the composers life. It is not known when the work was written. The autograph is preserved together with Vivaldi's other two transmitted Flautino concertos (RV 443, RV 444) in the Biblioteca Nazionale in Turin. The first edition of the work was printed in the Vivaldi collection Opere Instrumentali (1945-1972) edited by Gian Francesco Malipiero. The present MUSICA RARA edition is based on the autograph.
