Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item in your order is currently part of an active trial, shipment may be delayed until the trial period concludes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Sheet Music

Sheet music orders ship via USPS Media Mail by default.

Tracking

Delivery Issues

For instrument shipments, a signature is required at delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.
