EXTREMELY user-friendly! … It was very easy to get the flutes by mail and return them. The flutes I got for trial were both new and certified pre-owned, and I could not tell the difference. I never would have dreamed of doing such a purchase from across the country, but clearly FC is facile in this process :-) And.......they have an amazing selection! Go for it!
