Policies
All accessories, including cases, bags, tone enhancers, flute care products, are not eligible for return or exchange. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange within 7 calendar days of the original invoice date for replacement with an identical item, but must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Lefreques are eligible for return/exchange within 7 calendar days of the anticipated delivery date. Demo Model Accessories and Clearance Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.

I purchased this wonderful case as a replacement for my Burkart piccolo. When it first arrived I was in awe of how gorgeous the exterior shined. It is made with genuine leather, and the interior is a gorgeous deep red. It seems like it’ll hold up for years to come!
