All new and certified pre-owned instruments, purchased through Flute Center, come with with our complimentary 12-month Standard Service Guarantee.

New, non-certified pre-owned, instruments purchased through our ClubFC program will receive an extended 18-month Standard Service Guarantee. 

Additionally, any COA level or above repair completed by the Flute Center comes backed by a 90-day Standard Service Guarantee on any work completed during that repair.  All overhaul-level repairs completed at Flute Center include a complimentary 12-month Standard Service Guarantee. 

• Minor adjustments impacting the play-ability and mechanical functionality of the instrument
• Adjustments due to normal wear and tear, including ripped pads as needed.

The Flute Center Standard Service Guarantee covers any and all minor adjustments impacting the playability and/or mechanical functionality of the instrument for 12 months from original purchase date. This Guarantee is built on top of any pre-existing manufacturer's limited warranties on new instruments. 

• Accidental damage
• Damage from misuse
• Plating wear & tear
• Large dent & scratch removal
• Cleaning & tarnish removal
• Neither non-certified pre-owned nor certified pre-owned wood instruments or headjoints are eligible for replacement due to cracking
• Guo instruments are not eligible for Standard Service Guarantee
• Standard Service Guarantee repairs do not include rush service. Rush service can be added to standard service guarantee repairs for a fee (see Repair Menu.)

• Built on top of Manufacturers Limited Warranty for new instruments. As a certified dealer, Flute Center technicians are authorized to service warranty repairs - See Manufacturer's Warranty Coverages for full details and exceptions
• ClubFC extended 18-month Standard Service Guarantee only eligible for new instruments; certified pre-owned instruments do not qualify for extended ClubFC 18-month Standard Service Guarantee.
• All new and certified pre-owned instruments purchased through Flute Center are pre-qualified and eligible for enrollment into Flute Center's Concierge Service Guarantee.
• We service all standard service guarantee repairs in-house with our expert repair technicians. All service guarantees are void if an instrument is repaired by an unauthorized (non-Flute Center) technician, as we cannot guarantee the work of third parties.
• The Standard Service Guarantee does not include rush service. Rush service can be added to standard service guarantee repairs for a fee (see Repair Menu.)
