Copper Alloy Flutes are made with a thin clear lacquer over the top of the copper tube. This lacquer is not scratch proof. Some players may also find that they have some level of acidic perspiration which, if not cleaned after playing, could cause issues with the lacquer and shiny copper metal surface of the flute. Flute Center provides Electrostatic clear patches from Trevor James made to protect touch points on copper alloy flutes.
Certified Pre-Owned Instrument
This flute is a Flute Center Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) instrument and is in like-new condition with a clean, functioning case and case cover. All CPO instruments automatically qualify for Flute Center's 12-month Standard Service Guarantee. CPO flutes also qualify for a complimentary appraisal with purchase.

Flute Center offers free 3-day Express or 1-3 day Ground shipping via FedEx on all US orders over $100, no code required - this will automatically be an option at checkout. We are happy to ship orders internationally! International orders are subject to taxes, fees and customs in accordance with all import laws.
12-Month Warranty
We proudly offer a 12-month Standard Service Guarantee on all new and certified pre-owned instruments. The Flute Center Standard Service Guarantee covers any and all minor adjustments impacting the playability and/or mechanical functionality of the instrument for 12 months from original purchase date. This guarantee is built on top of any pre-existing Manufacturer's Limited Warranty on new instruments. New and certified pre-owned instruments are also eligible for enrollment into Flute Center's Concierge Service Guarantee at time of purchase.
Neither non-certified pre-owned nor certified pre-owned wood instruments or headjoints are eligible for replacement due to cracking.
Trials
Flute Center offers free in-home trials for all instruments, new and used. Request a free trial today!
Our Resident Flutists are happy to send several instruments at a time - and if you don't find the right instrument, we can send follow-up trials for you to find the perfect instrument.
Please note that trials are not available on keyless flutes or accessories. Shipping fees may apply - have your flute teacher join ClubFC for teachers for free shipping!
Policies
Flute Center offers a 7-day return window for all instrument purchases made through our website, new or used.
For those clients who choose to trial instruments before purchasing, there are no returns or refunds after finalizing a sale.
Any pre-owned instrument purchases made via our website will be fulfilled immediately after any existing trials are completed and the instruments are returned to Flute Center. Please note that Flute Center will grant the trialing client the right to purchase any unique item from their trial, even if another buyer has made a purchase online in the interim.
