This guarantee is built on top of any pre-existing Manufacturer's Limited Warranty on new instruments. New and certified pre-owned instruments are also eligible for enrollment into Flute Center's Concierge Service Guarantee at time of purchase.
New instruments purchased by students of our ClubFC members qualify for a complimentary 18-month extended Standard Service Guarantee. Easy Returns
Flute Center offers a 7-day return window for all instrument purchases made through our website, new or used. For clients who choose to trial instruments before purchasing, there are no returns or refunds after finalizing a sale.
