The Flute Center Standard Service Guarantee covers any and all minor adjustments impacting the playability and/or mechanical functionality of the instrument for 12 months from original purchase date. This guarantee is built on top of any pre-existing Manufacturer's Limited Warranty on new instruments. New and certified pre-owned instruments are also eligible for enrollment into Flute Center's Concierge Service Guarantee at time of purchase.

New instruments purchased by students of our ClubFC members qualify for a complimentary 18-month extended Standard Service Guarantee. Non-Certified pre-owned instruments are sold in as-is condition and do not come with any formal warranty or guarantee. 

Neither non-certified pre-owned nor certified pre-owned wood instruments or headjoints are eligible for replacement due to cracking.

Return Policy: Most accessories, sheet music, clearance, and liquidation items are final sale. Website instrument purchases include a 7-day return window. Some brands and custom orders have unique restrictions. Read our sales and return policy.
